The Last Needle in the Haystack
So seemingly the earth does quite a bit of rotation behind your back whether you’re sleeping on it or not! The past month has been quite the (0)flight from normalcy, yet we have only become more fortuitous in our ability to create an eco-dome thrived upon denial. Categorically, unequivocally, irrevocably, regardless of spin or channel doctrine and across an international bandwidth. I concern myself with comprehensive truth as my conscience guides and allows at least once a week or so..and for the life of me I can’t figure why the story I hear is so inescapably redundant and completely frightening to the prospect of righteousness and problem solving. An American Utilitarian Conscription lacks solvency; yet the same passive pundits and second-hand shooters rambling on and on waxing redundant for the marginalization of gun legislation in a government historically marked by evasive and suspicious statistics only leads me to greater clarity of what America’s justice system actually stands for – hoax absurdity that only seems to reinforce bias and perfidy and other such bail bonding void streams. What a Nightmare! I should easily claim to feel like the (1)dough-boy at the end of the same ‘ol vanguard infinitem because a reality show on proof is just, but a CIA viewfinder is just more illegal discrimination – internationally so. The same religious discrimination-stereotyping keeps outmatching countless efforts to create real legislation that represents real change and equalizes the drastic socioeconomic disparity without compromising ethical morality; as opposed to American legislative history! Was their some bill only recently passed that validated the promotion of a First Black President!? Or was the “blood-brick” paved road from the Voting Rights Bill and Civil Rights Act solely for argot?! Thinking again to high school I can remember some of the more absurd slangs tossed around for eighteen year-old young men willing to register to vote, and they specifically are representative of the marginalization of the comprehensive American Nationalist Personality and Ethic conflict; …Constitution and Prostitution!!!
Reading Patton’s Panthers1 and referring to stories relayed to me about my own grandfather I consider the same epochal contradiction seventy years ago where teenagers lied and falsified identities to get in on the fight early! Ironically, war speak of that era was tremendously brash and full of a unique brand of vulgarity bound to argot seemingly aimed at brainwashing neophytes into a reckless and haphazard form of manhood and not much has changed in that version of duty. Military legislation is obviously the relevant politics, because gun legislation at its root and amendment(s) is always – not nic.2 Instantly – about who’s got more and how often they use them and why. Very similar even to reading: at what level, speed and frequency... Military law does have some autonomous failsaves.. Interest is the best test save as terminology is always a turn on across subjectivity and opinion. Grade is a concentric ratio duality that just about always boils down to size and pay, of which the most problem driving recurrences are greed and taser repellent – of course The Doctors are famous for always coming up with something to stop the beast .. although we are talking about guns aren’t we … not tazers .. “Right?!?”
Consideration, I think, is the English rebound .. and because I mention something about universal translation in my book, I shall not Languish before transferring enough attention “through brutish glass” and a million palabras to solve what is obviously the mindwrecker stereotype pathology of this statement. Job and Jobs … and of course America purports both these superfluous identical(s) to quasi-religious antipathy .. or pathology, what have you. And just what does any of this have to do with Psychology – for subjective instance – well the ability to judge/determine “legislative history” vis-à-vis a particular choicelogic of the words we choose to speak? Well to the practice of Psychology/Psychiatry perhaps nothing3, but to the wedge that the term and logic of psychology intends to exœrcise upon the (40)mind/(44)brain .. well of course nothing short of EVERYTHING!!! And that is precisely because psychology that only aims at a special realm of secrecy is the primary cause, wheel and propeller of prostitution .. amongst other subjective false positives. In case you’re confused as to what the subject is, well of course it always amounts to the natural and successive differences between women and men which is supposed to be obvious from universal stories like Adam & Eve but is not a universal truth nor an equality. And the governed dishonesty about such societal infection is precisely what falsely constructs good and evil as inside the realm of prosecutorial justice but selectively places constitution[i.e. construction] and prostitution as outside!!

Some things are just beyond the brain’s grasp of memory, figuration{problem-solving}, linguistics and semantics and so it is often better to force an ultimatum rather than belie (145)contradiction. Whether in pursuit of Truth .. or in defense of one’s self. And so it stands as the most indomitable psychic intuition, that either psychology is the scapegoat of religion; or vice-versa… And so now perhaps your mind is more steadily prepared for the drastic ethical and moral dilemmas between the Military concept and Utilitarianism. Why I’d venture a Roosevelt diamond that the whole citizenry of any nation that were not conscribed to military duty would gain tenfold by the utilitarian concept before any militia! Because it is more clear now than it ever has been that all these years of elusive discretionary military spending statistics have been nothing more than a cover for the true fiscal elephant in the room…the credit trading post. The national debt listings doubled overnight just on the strength of this revelation and not due any Real timetable. Fact is the credit system is the backbone of the entire prostitution scheme4!
Even if I was at all for that django-assed cowboy way and what not, I’m certainly NOT for all hell breakin’ loose because the bankers and politicians are all owed up in blackmail bonds and have decided to employ stealth, theft and false incrimination in the place of calling markers on a dozen thousand prostitutes that won’t and can’t pay over three decades[32y?!] worth of prostitution debt!! America we DO have a hostage situation and somebody’s got to DIE!!!
Now back to the military construct, because the anarchist militia is always filtered directly through the official. I’ve also been reading The Violence of Peace5 which I just picked back up after reading the first three chapters when it came out two Christmas’s ago. The core concept of the book is the various diversions of the ‘just war’ concept. But I was shocked by how torn the author seemed between his usual plaintive conservatism and some newfound source of angst, for He is usually the trope to my jerk. I resumed where I left off on page one hundred and fifty-nine, the subsection titled The Allure of Pacifism which is the books key segue. Though it begins quite coercively with a very typical reference to King’s and Gandhi’s invocations of nonviolent resistance, it ends with an exacerbating cross-reference between Gandhi and Hitler which seems the spur of said feelings. The timely coincidence of this (121)revelation just goes to show how much (56)irony and (131)intuition and (46)logic truly outweigh biblical confusion, sin and forgiveness. Why you wouldn’t believe how well the bible establishes capitalism only to sell you on greed; pawns on matrimony only to form a lust entrapment and does the same with every other sin by a continuous and wretchedly painful emoticon. And even your parents are in on the grand delusion! Then what about Onomancy .. I mean who knows how many racist smooth little devilish cool transactions that dyke proffer pulls off every second just by the echoes of “chauvinism-constituting” through the slow-called halls of justice. Here we have a word which is supposed to establish maternal sensibility and responsibility and hierarchical social order yet instead there is no such literary title by which women, or a woman has struck down these terminological shackles and chains of religious entrapment and psychological deceit!?! Exactly the level of proof that shows prostitution{..vis-à-vis..} and curriculum as fortifications of illegal discrimination!!! Kind of reminds me of Jim Crow II: a white American President claiming to have emancipated black slaves by the signing of a proclamation, and Jim Crow III: the first Black American President throwing the weight of his discrimination legislation at Lilly Ledbetter and LGBT/Q marriage equality?! Talk about aiming for the bell curve!! And don’t get me started on Persecution and the ring of the gay terminologies!!!!

Beau Jack Yule
Seems like anytime The Game is on there’s a national motive to kick back and lose a couple of protons. But since I couldn’t manage to stay awake for the unraveling of the Falcons, perhaps I can save a few by helping to unravel the subterfuge of this past week’s political events. President Obama and his staff have earned a heartfelt and resounding victory seemingly over the entire Republican Party and logistical fallout(over Gerrymandering) must be averted. And so the latest in a slew of what often are totally fabricated love/sex affairs closes out what surely should have been in the least a referendum for Wall Street?! CIA Director for all of 18 months Gen. David Petraeus (who I’ve always suspected of being a bit Russian)resigned amid a torrid affair with his own biographer, a much younger military woman whose book interview ran Saturday on C-SPAN to what must have been a luridly horrified American public, making it seem all too fabricated. The President’s tone, in the press conference that preceded this latest debachanallian drama (Shakespearean Indeed!), clearly informs us of just what was the matter and manner of discussion between He and the Speaker the day before! And so a favor was called in(a mandate in Republican terms of desperation) and a head was placed on the bloc!!! Oddly enough, former NY Rep. Anthony Wiener returns to Twitter with his first post since it illustrated his own undoing – perhaps the one sign that the basis of the resignation was valid! Right?! Politicians are totally psycho – though I’m sure Wiener’s participation was mandated itself; perhaps by Gov. Christie. I wonder who’s doing all of the phone-tapping and eavesdropping that led to the media elusions. And considering that voters/electors certainly should hope to share in the success of their elected officials, where do we go from here? World Freedom Day(Friday) and National Education Week(this week) are representative of the sorts of proclamations that will tow the political line subtly because they are both universal(in their aspiration) and straightforward, yet obviously we don’t always get to feel their full weight in the coverage of news media and so it’s always best to find out what’s going on locally.
I often struggle to keep a straight face when reading through the reactions of celebrities and everyday folks to what are often merely social instigations perpetrated by the political machine. I read through Stacey Dash’s apparent treatise yesterday and it did some good to know that someone who did vote for Obama in ’08 was not afraid to voice a plain concern for what seem signs of inevitable gridlock…all over again! Those of you who have read my earlier posts may have gleaned the fact that I actually voted Green in ’08; and simply because they responded to my mailing!!! Nothing makes me more insistent on CHANGE than the same old political failures at representative response and so on…and the Democratic Party is NOTORIOUS for that! I did vote for Obama in the ’08 Primary but as I said a year ago…I suspect a Woman’s movement stronger than Barack himself behind him – and so it was intriguing to see the man so overcome with emotion the night of the election. After all nothing shapes ideology like one’s personal life and the President is the father of two daughters as well.
I can recall voting in Tallahassee in’04 and I remember picking out a member of another independent party precisely because he was Black. And I still don’t feel wrong about that! I certainly did do some research on Mitt Romney myself, not to influence my decision but rather to keep abreast of his strategy. But no further such schizophrenic illusions were necessary after Paul Ryan was named as running mate!
But now that we are faced with an legislative reality which statistically mirrors the first term, it is even harder to keep a straight face at the prospect that Obama and Romney were consorts well before this year’s election. So just what is Barack Obama’s ideology, beyond the obvious political chain male of Jobs and Healthcare?!?WTF??!!! Which takes ME back some thirty-one years ago to my days in a CO-OP preschool which was the proving ground for many a sun-crazed toddler in Greater Atlanta. Where a much younger Jennifer Aniston(alias) worked as a gymnastics assistant and trampoline spotter, and an elementary school aged Stacy Dash(alias) was about five years from the introduction of the love of her life(ME)!! And a much younger, gangly doe-eyed basketball hopeful named Barack H. Obama delivered some whuppin’s that I{and he} will never forget!!!![x2] Also, of which I am sure there are many more Victim’s! Do not misunderstand this unfortunate and all too harsh reality for the root cause of THIS legislation, but rather understand it as the irons to my inside track. Obama must be appropriately persecuted this round!! If not for failing to recognize the undeniable autonomy and sheer brilliance of a Labor Conscription; then maybe just for whuppin the kids!! And so…I’m offering these Semple truths for kids jerked under the Obama gnout!
#1. All those who feel they have been subjected to the abuses of the whip and switch, or any of the displacing characteristics of misrepresentation and parental entrapment – STAND UP and DEMAND YOUR SHARE!!! WE THE PEOPLE WILL SUE THIS OBAMA if he doesn’t come through this time{Just Sign The Order Mr. President}!
#2. Perhaps each of you should actually contemplate what legislation you might find ideal under President Obama in order to shape an historical perspective – the victory is evident, but the representation is grossly contradictory and the legislation seems rote to some three decades old party lines. Let me warn you against the need to publicize your efforts though – Remember Obama is to this day, addicted to giving whuppin’s, and now he’s got a lot of other people to give them for him. Stacy and Jen, I certainly hope and pray that neither of you is attached to any of those campaigns – after all Kung-Fu/Tae Kwan Do was another afterschool program back then. Nevertheless he won’t change me, nor will he change the fiscal cliff nor the debt ceiling and the accruing national debt without a Labor Conscription.
#3. Last but not least, consider giving yourself a “homework assignment” in which you pick out just which of the succeeding legislations are going to have the most lasting historical impact. I think the Lillie Ledbetter Fair Pay Act(the very first legislation to be signed) is the certain lead thus far – not only because it’s well deserved and long overdue, but because there is always political backlash from legislation which brings attention to the inequality of the entire history of our democratic American Republic!
I also mentioned over a year ago now that I’ve been working on a book entitled Onomatopoeia. It is not a political analysis of the President himself but an analysis of the inequality and misrepresentation apparent in American Curriculum. I’ve long considered what the effect would be in eliminating the Race and Gender categories from standardized testing and the other categories of academic/political reporting. Though there are certain to be changes to the American History textbooks post Obama, I think everyone should consider what it truly means to ensure equal opportunity. It definitely won’t boil down to one single legislative gain or even to one presidency; though making the most of every stroke of progress should be on the conscience of everyone truly committed to ending a brutally degrading history of sociopolitical discrimination – the ‘demographic referendum’ across every minority category is proof of the undeniable expectation inherent to how we will forever define Humanity.

Apologia
As I sit at my small breakfast counter contemplating the effect of sending a “Writ of Expiration” to the debt creditors of Liechtenstein asking for their derivative(s) and interest timetable of the U.S. debts that were purchased from China several years ago now (though I am assured that my own name couldn’t possibly be on the list of debts); picking through a jar of rice that has, perhaps due to suffocating humidity, become mercurized with worms, staring at what should be my last bottle of “good wine” while pouring clean water into my teacup. I struggle by early candlelight to glean whether my ‘closing’ topic of choice (Onomatopoeia: An Indictment against the Rationale of Illegal Discrimination) can possibly be wrapped up in a year’s time. To start with, the preexisting condition (of onomatopoeia) has like many other polemical engines been thoroughly swallowed up in the verbosity and bureaucracy of The Age of Reason, which almost always seems to signify (to the modern mind) the need of an academic/historical excavation and a modern makeover. Secondly, to make as strong a statement as my treatise intends is also always the sort of exercise that will preclude the general and individual warnings of caution that are familiar to “limited free speech,” though there is no single charge against our current government outside the capitulating stagnation brokered by a history of political neglect and social appeasement that defines the drastic disparity between 1st & 2nd Amendment. And beyond the obvious perception of the history of the American Presidency is its most current theatre which is sure to be memorialized as America’s most vulnerable Presidency, regardless of any lasting successes. Set aside the past weeks allusions to a national memory loss crisis as the most chemical warfare the non-military U.S. has ever experienced, or the seemingly revolutionary but definitively tactical influx of Woman’s movements and President Barak Obama may return from vacation as President Michelle Obama.
And so while I had originally intended to write an apology for any disparaging remarks I nay have made towards President Obama – as is the custom for a declaration of candidacy; the overwhelming precedent of the emotions of campaign theatre make this impossible. And given the circumstances, even Obama himself would have to admit to a little name calling, “silly season” or not. And so, Apologia is instead more relevant a reference to the opening prologue of my first book as I do intend to assail the gross misappropriations of faith that have been the American Political Standard. Considering that the method is to detonate the contradiction of the hierarchy of American Discrimination beginning with the Separation of Church and State hocus-pocus, a reference to the essential ties to Republic that supersede mandamus, as in the manner of disputes that exist between Plato and Socrates (and summarily with Aristotle).
After all, isn’t it just a little too ironic that African-Americans initiated and fought a Civil Rights campaign over a decade and a half period with all but marginal changes in the “color” of political representation and their certainly were no recalls of political officials democratic or otherwise. And might I add that the nature of casualties (both to leaders and to followers) during this time was certainly enough cause for many citizens to withdraw support from a typically racist American International Policy. As I fish through the May 20th issue of Time magazine, I can’t help but assume that some similar sort of death-cast could have been clandestinely issued at the murders of Medgar Evers and Malcolm X and the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and the Rev. Dr. Martin L. King Jr., no progressive ever becoming the wiser. But all should agree that such a statement at the murder of “Four Little Girls in a Birmingham Church” is certainly the motive of Insanity! And now we may never know…that is unless or until the real version of 1st amendment exercise (latent dissemination) decides it’s time to thumb its nose at the rest of us on some televised version of American pickers.
And here, some forty years later, we elect our first “Black” President – immediately following the dual-term masquerade of 9/11’s chief purveyor – and we’re meant to ignore the obvious cause and effect!? Clearly whoever was responsible for 9/11 is more responsible for President Barack Hussein Obama than a kiplingesque literary premonition or any fool standing in line for covenant. And as painful or hurtful as it may be, even that deal was brokered with the same racist neglect that America’s “proper” political character has come to represent – all over the world. So it’s a real shame that anyone should think to associate America’s gas woes with this president as if separate from the bipartisan routine. And just what are the details of that deal?! Well the first and most damaging detail is marked by President Obama’s inability to represent “the greater sense of humanity” that is mandate upon The First African-American President of a nation rife with Abuses to the principle of Race and Discrimination; and the AUC initiative has shown how substantially just this one act would change our sophi-schistic socio-economic inequity. Second is the gross misrepresentation that Congress has forced upon Obama’s promise of transparency…but when all is said and done and the smoke has cleared, the view of Wall Street that is currently developing (with respect to worldview) may be more turnabout than anyone had hoped for. Clearly the truth of how WS and the Fed Res handle financial negotiations is far too disparate to represent justified regulation.
However, should the President decide to employ 10,000 (100,000) or so new campaigners to truly do the work of outreach and progressive political modeling – to truly take on the ideology of change beyond the façade of statistical analysis, then I could truly see myself owing up to his tenure. So why doesn’t this sort of strategy take form somewhere between the campaign office and the newsroom. And why do I get that same racist suspicion (intuition) that it never will. Well for starters, the gents who designed the payroll (yes, the top-end of campaign work is certainly paid for) for the 2008 election are likely to keep their jobs and may even, despite the economy, be up for a raise. Because what is the present day Campaign Director besides an old school hedge-fund manager. And ‘business as usual’ for David’s Plouffe and Axelrod is a predestined assurance for another version of “the greatest spin doctrine(s) in recent democratic history,” and not an exodus from racist and grossly underrepresented unemployment statistics. Secondly, the “First Black President of America” would have to be more than the name ‘out the side of the mouth’ of the newest hotshot “derivatives svengali.” He would have to be more the man with a plan rather than the man with a chance – but all’s well that ends well!
I guess if I had to choose just one thing in which the American Presidency truly does deserve my genuine and heartfelt apology it is for the bill of the cost of defending the country…against champion booboo’s. But because the Oklahoma City bombing still ranks among the top-three of our national terrorism catastrophes, pardon me my emotions if I feel that happiness around the breaking of a longstanding racism barrier – excepting no affective public plan for racial equality – might be a symptom of sabotage as opposed to a culmination of progress. But then again…I am currently more employed by my own struggle to believe in my America than by actual manifestations of the much needed changes in labor discrimination.

Phone-a-Friend or Pay the Ponzi for the 3rd M
With all the hedge-trade and potential takeover transactions due by August 2nd, I can’t help but wonder if the entire establishment of the SEC wasn’t merely to “Cut, Cap and Balance” the IRS[Revenues]. And as important as the annual recertification of our federally insured and internationally loaned up tax shelter budget is…I can’t help but guesstimate that a hacking scandal just might stretch overseas considering the transition of attendance from the daily publication to the digital format. I think most of us can imagine the first moment we felt, thought or knew that some electronic device had allowed or maybe even caused, via some futurist turn of electronic rage, someone unknown; or undesirable – to hack or hit our own personal accounts with a ‘fill or steal’ computer algorithm. But given American Democracy’s patent ignorance/abuse at the “Rule(s) of Majority,” I’d always fend better at a more technical breakdown of the what’s and why’s that define a ‘Self-Contained Anarchy’ as the exact and violent contradiction of Democratic Process. Of course, the essential weakness of the Democratic Rule of Majority is that it is a “feel-good rule” yet, built upon Pre-18th C. Hedonism in the first place; never works out without financial mediation. Given the “same ‘ol” spin that’s surrounding the current debt season, it’s obvious that Medicaid and Medicare and Welfare are not, will not be and never have been truly debatable, but instead represent the recurrent blank check that our lame dog politicians write themselves every year only to redignify their self-righteous posturing! Given the recent sense anarchy’s mention has lent to your own perspective, you should surely be able to fixate on just what it is that happens when the ‘feel-good rule’ falls through – given an employ of the Second Amendment which the rest of us are meant to believe is both mechanical and contrite. So just what is the winning perspective between sedition and vengeance? Perhaps it’s the sort of ‘superficial kindness’ that looks really transparent on television. And now we all know where that led.
So if all the House Budget Committee and the SEC plan on doing about our annual discretionary/non-compulsory budget deficit, again…this year, is to point out how much more finance we’d have if people with no jobs were paying taxes – juxtaposed to how unwilling, inessential and incapable all of the ‘legal ponzi scheme’ managers are at paying any taxes, then excuse me while I declare the 2012 election as the first unofficially endorsed “VOTE OF THE 35TH YEAR COMPROMISE!” It is clearer now more than it ever has been that what the American Presidency truly lacks is young leadership. And if association is any indication of tendency and intuition, then we must know better than to let old age be the death of our hopes and dreams. Since my class is upon the mark, I must call to duty all soon to be 35 year olds to take up the challenge of seeking out and finding the best among us to charge the 2012 election with a truly inspirational revelation of governance. Who knows, our best laude champion JUST MIGHT BE YOU!!!

A Conabilis Manifestus Against the Egoist and Propogandist Contradictions of the Generic American Personality
Just about three months ago, I sat at a black desk in the Rutgers University-Paul Robeson Library reading the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King's final book – The Trumpet of Conscience – thinking about the relevance of the Nobel Prize and the historical merit that the Obama Presidency now represents, pondering whether I should write a post commending President Obama for his contribution (and assignation) to Black History Month this year. As I was so forcibly struck by the obvious lamentation that is “The Contradiction of the Generic American Personality against the doubt of whether our current Democratic Government now feels obliged to be as transparent as they originally planned,” even though the prospect that any (or perhaps all an) American Presidency was masterminded by just one or two versus two hundred makes for quite an excitable political theater. Yet the President’s snowy appeal to his Black Civil Rights constituents or even Jon Edwards cowardly half admission (non-paternal in nature but ‘typical politico’ and “typical egoist male” in its appeal and syndrome) from up under a roof in quake-ravaged Haiti two weeks prior are enough to clarify “the problem with Pennsylvania Avenue” with calculable precision (to pit two extremes). Were it not enough to manifest due concert of an American Utilitarian Conscription, let me be precisely clear that “none of the language included in its cover/body do/shall convey racial or ethnic statistics” of any sort whether or not they be relevant to a deterrent over-politicalization of the propagandized nuclear populace. It is not specifically a ‘minority’ agenda or an “anti-minority” agenda even if its function would become ethnocentric (ethnic herein defined as: non-white, or possibly white: ref: A Dictionary of Euphemisms & Other Doubletalk – Rawson), as these are preexisting functions of demographics in all localities. What is relevant to its implementation is representation; the unequivocal representation that met constitutionality! That means – “those individuals who most constitute provincialism to the programs and its participants,” not just those “best-qualified” as that has become no more than a term of gross, illegal discrimination to America’s debilitated sense of quality and process. Additionally, the agenda must equally reinforce working progressions of Workplace Discrimination laws, deconstruction of the fear/hatred associated with the Employability Training and Continuing Education programs of the welfare system and reciprocal definition between welfare’s relationships to the salaries of elected officials. But these are secondary concerns with respect to ameliorating American ‘Anti-Discrimination’ deficiencies.
The primary problem is this: America has become economically restricted to a generic contradiction as a result of the quasi-administration of constitutional amendments in due process. This means that all existing solutions to American problems, whether they are stimulus, programmatic, provisional or providential are derivative? Which is precisely why so many Americans find themselves viciously and continuously manipulated in and out of this imaginary contraction which we have coined Democracy. It begins right in our nationalized curriculum and is perpetrated by clearly defined, yet totally deceptive and explicit propaganda. The Devil himself could not ask for a greater contradiction; “No, no, no…,” pines his yahoo of an advocate, like the most annoying/clandestine pop-up bug ever, “See……America is the place where God is gonna’ be resurrected!” And every good word and deed humankind has ever exercised in the name of Self-Righteousness (see the Al Sharpton coda) and Immortality…and of God’s Country is seemingly under the digital and Dewey decimal pressure of being undone. And so what is the purpose of God’s return; is it a happy one, or do he and the devil have it out again? Regardless, I think a bit of foresight is manifestly required to leave the certain respite of America’s First Black President liberally interpreted with whole regard.
[The next passage (which has been optioned out) would have gone on to define the several and detailed limitations of the Obama Presidency first term due the repulsive, yet recurrent issues of Scapegoat Racism, Affirmative Action Backlash, Workplace Discrimination, and other Illegal Discrimination which have become routine practice. “Consider that there are only three possible scenarios to the end of President Obama’s 2008 presidential term, in his own thoughts and words:”…was deemed an entire delimitation of the President and his task and with respect to the role that the American Utilitarian Conscription should and would play in economic/socioeconomic recovery. Additionally, let it be perfectly clear, here more than any other place, that a utilitarian conscription is likely to be the most misinterpreted logic of economics/socioeconomics by the American Government of quasi-nationals (re specifically the imports and the secretive and subconscious fascists.) Even considered in its element as 17th century justus bellum – “the greater good” and the “principle of goodness served” is inherently limited in the philology of the reference to utilitarianism, but further, is limited by the socio-empirical reality of the world at judgment. Which is to say… “a reference to utility in times of illegal/immoral slavery, is a stance against slavery…” regardless of its legitimacy. So instead I have chosen to reduce this contradiction (which is humankinds greatest flaw) into a treaty I have entitled:]
Progress and Reciprocity
Chief to Modern Discrimination is Social Mania…Every human civilization participates (past, present & future) is Socialism (or some similarly defined hierarchy) and Capitalism (or some material/objective based economy), and relentlessly at rates higher than any other form of social economy. The Game in this society is to act as if – or to prove, when given ample time – you are the more essential cog in the machine of work for which you are defined. Fact is, these are also the machinations of laissez-faire (cliché) society; perhaps not (but so, to strict actuary) readily identifiable in its GNP, given the contagious malignance of corruption and nepotism. Thus, definitively identifiable in the outmoded characters and personalities of the American Cliché. Proving that the central theme amongst humanity (and the game) is and can be proven (limited in its definition) at the place where and empathetic belief or disbelief in slavery idiom is the religious/singular idiom of human nature; most specifically identifiable where diversity is limited to male/female social constructs.

Consider that all Americans, and all of humanity for that matter, could rationally be satisfied (and totally satisfies) by a bipolar ideal of belonging…more so than the typical subjects of satisfaction (success, materialism, sexual prowess.) If the very limitations of such a consideration where defined as natural philosophy, then it would follow quite naturally that, at some point in time far into the past there were much simpler versions of woman and man that could only want for “female nature” and “male nature,” but as is the course in economy…the supply of these demands “dried up” for lack of a more transmogrifying term. Thought was wholly basic and so there was almost no need for contradiction…I can only imagine how much time it actually took the first human being to realize that he/she had been contradicted – probably a whole day, or more. But as humanity grew into civilizations with needs for compartmentalization, governance and moral order; so grew the diversifying need for discrimination. Such that squares would no longer be confused with circles…and grey’s with green’s…and of course War with Peace! It is the common expectation that most preferences were determined by sex primacy and everything else kinda’ – sorta’ just falls into place thereafter by some order of “natural selection” process. But in actuality same-sex contradiction is a more primal instinct than agreeable predilection, and thus, discrimination. At some point in America’s reality, I am sure that everyone was thoroughly convinced that every “natural inclination” and every sort of bias could be cut right down the line of race. But as long as a problem is only periodically soluble and not generationally universal, well there is no true line of demarcation, except for what you can see. Judgment based on the refraction of light as opposed to the measured observation of circumstantial behavior seems the social definition of a Physicist as opposed to that of a President. As such, I am dutifully obliged to redefine the order of this contradiction…as it seems any further abuses of primacy just might undo the very definition of Progress; its Liberty and Autonomy!
Whereas it was once said that Black Americans were contradicted by progress and White Americans were contradicted by reciprocity; as to be Black during the Civil Rights era meant to struggle for the rights of franchise and utility…and then some – and to be White then meant to adopt to or away from a disavowing sense of false valor that in all its burgeoning subjectivity was only meant to further matriculate the concept of white supremacy among whites only…truly laissez! I hereby postulate that the only true and simultaneous applications for the dichotomy of contradiction’s resolve are, have been and always shall be: Whereas it is true that the black letters of script and there combinations are innumerable and the white pages of content are racemose and somewhat vacant, together their letters and essence form an epitome…a dichotomy both universal and unilateral.
I wish I could merely say, “I don’t understand the name-calling and character assassination of political partisanship,” and all of the gossip and rumors relative to heinous personal ethics would be left beneath the reach of relevance, but every moment that creates a scandal is the prey of the entire third estate which means that true constitutionality is terribly limited.
And so now, the detestable personalities of illicit immorality and gross-illegal discrimination limited, let the specifics of the last actions of House and Senate be made thin against the obvious contradiction of American Morality – although it seemed obvious that the major Republican objection to H.R. 3590’s passage was “its Damned length.” Consider 1) the $787 billion stimulus 2) the Jobs bill 3) the Health Care Reform bill and 4) the Local Jobs for America proposal. In short, all these items seem designed specifically to “drop the bottom” out of the American Welfare system with no ladders for the countless millions who rely on their benefit – as if to reassign the ¿duty of genocide? to Taxation and War. And although there be, not an honest American left, I feel that it is appropriate to mention faith in terms of its promise…which is its difficult portent. I am faithful that although Barak Obama plausibly represents a modern stereotype – perhaps amending the old “brown paper bag” rule of Jim Crow into a “green on the spot” rule of implicit immorality under guise – there is some sense of responsibility to the creed of equal justice under the law that will not allow an ignoramus with a gang of necrophiliacs in tow to run amok the only portion of AMerican economy that provides for safeguard against Totalitarian Failure. I know that the temperament of Washington Political Media Insiders is all set to condemn any further harassment of our good constituents and contingencies…but I’m starting to get the feeling that the current lackadaisical atmosphere “on the Hill” is strictly pedantic and anti-academic. Has the new health care bill’s well publicized “extension of relative-coverage timetables” – which should not be taken as a simplification to the college graduate– truly become the propaganda thread of universality? Have the French/French Canadians somehow become a perfect model for the “Catch and Release” health care policies that will now allow the government to write checks bigger than just the debts of national expenditure. Besides Universal Healthcare dying with Ted Kennedy – the House Committee on Education, Labor and Pension promises seem only, ‘to limit essential reforms according to America’s ‘good ol’ nepostim’ hierarchy.” What difference does it make if my carrier is Aetna, or MetLife or United Healthcare…if the government is still sponsoring catch and release backroom dealing with just names and numbers to fill the profile. What difference indeed if the HealthCare industry as a whole is the stalwart devotee of gross, illicit and illegal discrimination the likes of which could be described as coercive intimidation; or terrorization. A fear similar to what the average out of work professional or 2.2+ college graduate should feel; BIAS! The American Utilitarian Conscription is not welfare’s clarion call, nor am I its chief executive; but I happen to have experience teaching to inner-city youths and to economically disadvantaged youths and I know what they are and are not capable of discerning. I’m cognizant of what the disparities amongst incomes, race and demographics behold. But what is so heinous is what the Office of the American President hopes to take advantage of. The fact that young people in an inner city classroom are capable of expressing the impetus of hope and trust in front of the nation’s next, and first, “African-American” President, is not a call to harangue from their little fingers the ability to “live and work freely” under guise of some “Local Jobs for America” bourgeoisie-libertarian attack upon AMerican Welfare! And the rural problem is similarly a problem of re-employability, not of employability which I assume LJfA hopes to address as its present cover is scant and devoid and its impetus should require the examination of the Urban League, ACLU, NAACP, the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights and our own Justice Department and its Attorney(s)General. In case you didn’t know; nearly 100% of citizens on welfare are underserved by its poor design, insufficient dispense and inability to inspire purpose and work ethic and truth – “How’s that for percentile’s Mr. President.” And simultaneously, the Senate and House are composed of some 400+ members who also do benefit from tax-incurred State Assistance but face less democratic and thus less sadistic means of dissolution. So obviously, a ¿more recalcitrant? method is due…but to elect the nations “first African-American President” only to usher permanent and deceptive steps of “eminent domain” is indeed a modern genocide. I know that most citizens would prefer to assume that these “shocking details” are just the clarions of “momentous change,” deriding any and all calls to action as these details are “working themselves out” as we sit at our respective desks. Well if so, then let us search out the nearest offices of realty and surety and register our judgments. Because I assure you that none such as blind assurance is now, shall be, or ever has been a party to eminence. Perhaps it is a fear of being associated with the needy or the need to feel “more in the know” or even a recent, and now prior or even surreptitious commitment, to some sort of tea-setting agenda that has you in denial the undeniable need of a plain-faced, non-fascist, grassroots American Pogram. Perhaps it is the staunch, almost desperate need to work quietly – or maybe some other previous fears, like the fear of computers. The labor conscription is the one and only amenable legislation to alleviate the current trends against Universality in the American dichotomy. The truth of it is in the AMerican language and without it, we are truly taking on a modernized “Wrath of Contradiction!” The details of this next saga of American history are correlative and specific to the definitions of Illegal Discrimination in AMerica. The prologue from the forthcoming book Onomatopoeia: An Indictment Against the Rationale of Illegal Discrimination will spell these details out with a historical specificity that will leave America’s policy of antipathetic propaganda and personalized antagonism writhing in dissolution; forcing a redress of our religious ethics directives.

The Devil himself could not ask for a greater contradiction; “No, no, no…,” pines his yahoo of an advocate, like the most annoying/clandestine pop-up bug ever, “See……America is the place where God is gonna’ be resurrected!” And every good word and deed humankind has ever exercised in the name of Self-Righteousness (see the Al Sharpton coda) and Immortality…and of God’s Country is seemingly under the digital and Dewey decimal pressure of being undone. And so what is the purpose of God’s return; is it a happy one, or do he and the devil have it out again? Regardless, I think a bit of foresight is manifestly required to leave the certain respite of America’s First Black President liberally interpreted with whole regard.
[The next passage (which has been optioned out) would have gone on to define the several and detailed limitations of the Obama Presidency first term due the repulsive, yet recurrent issues of Scapegoat Racism, Affirmative Action Backlash, Workplace Discrimination, and other Illegal Discrimination which have become routine practice. “Consider that there are only three possible scenarios to the end of President Obama’s 2008 presidential term, in his own thoughts and words:”…was deemed an entire delimitation of the President and his task and with respect to the role that the American Utilitarian Conscription should and would play in economic/socioeconomic recovery. Additionally, let it be perfectly clear, here more than any other place, that a utilitarian conscription is likely to be the most misinterpreted logic of economics/socioeconomics by the American Government of quasi-nationals (re specifically the imports and the secretive and subconscious fascists.) Even considered in its element as 17th century justus bellum – “the greater good” and the “principle of goodness served” is inherently limited in the philology of the reference to utilitarianism, but further, is limited by the socio-empirical reality of the world at judgment. Which is to say… “a reference to utility in times of illegal/immoral slavery, is a stance against slavery…” regardless of its legitimacy. So instead I have chosen to reduce this contradiction (which is humankinds greatest flaw) into a treaty I have entitled:]
Progress and Reciprocity
Chief to Modern Discrimination is Social Mania…Every human civilization participates (past, present & future) is Socialism (or some similarly defined hierarchy) and Capitalism (or some material/objective based economy), and relentlessly at rates higher than any other form of social economy. The Game in this society is to act as if – or to prove, when given ample time – you are the more essential cog in the machine of work for which you are defined. Fact is, these are also the machinations of laissez-faire (cliché) society; perhaps not (but so, to strict actuary) readily identifiable in its GNP, given the contagious malignance of corruption and nepotism. Thus, definitively identifiable in the outmoded characters and personalities of the American Cliché. Proving that the central theme amongst humanity (and the game) is and can be proven (limited in its definition) at the place where and empathetic belief or disbelief in slavery idiom is the religious/singular idiom of human nature; most specifically identifiable where diversity is limited to male/female social constructs.

Consider that all Americans, and all of humanity for that matter, could rationally be satisfied (and totally satisfies) by a bipolar ideal of belonging…more so than the typical subjects of satisfaction (success, materialism, sexual prowess.) If the very limitations of such a consideration where defined as natural philosophy, then it would follow quite naturally that, at some point in time far into the past there were much simpler versions of woman and man that could only want for “female nature” and “male nature,” but as is the course in economy…the supply of these demands “dried up” for lack of a more transmogrifying term. Thought was wholly basic and so there was almost no need for contradiction…I can only imagine how much time it actually took the first human being to realize that he/she had been contradicted – probably a whole day, or more. But as humanity grew into civilizations with needs for compartmentalization, governance and moral order; so grew the diversifying need for discrimination. Such that squares would no longer be confused with circles…and grey’s with green’s…and of course War with Peace! It is the common expectation that most preferences were determined by sex primacy and everything else kinda’ – sorta’ just falls into place thereafter by some order of “natural selection” process. But in actuality same-sex contradiction is a more primal instinct than agreeable predilection, and thus, discrimination. At some point in America’s reality, I am sure that everyone was thoroughly convinced that every “natural inclination” and every sort of bias could be cut right down the line of race. But as long as a problem is only periodically soluble and not generationally universal, well there is no true line of demarcation, except for what you can see. Judgment based on the refraction of light as opposed to the measured observation of circumstantial behavior seems the social definition of a Physicist as opposed to that of a President. As such, I am dutifully obliged to redefine the order of this contradiction…as it seems any further abuses of primacy just might undo the very definition of Progress; its Liberty and Autonomy!
Whereas it was once said that Black Americans were contradicted by progress and White Americans were contradicted by reciprocity; as to be Black during the Civil Rights era meant to struggle for the rights of franchise and utility…and then some – and to be White then meant to adopt to or away from a disavowing sense of false valor that in all its burgeoning subjectivity was only meant to further matriculate the concept of white supremacy among whites only…truly laissez! I hereby postulate that the only true and simultaneous applications for the dichotomy of contradiction’s resolve are, have been and always shall be: Whereas it is true that the black letters of script and there combinations are innumerable and the white pages of content are racemose and somewhat vacant, together their letters and essence form an epitome…a dichotomy both universal and unilateral.
I wish I could merely say, “I don’t understand the name-calling and character assassination of political partisanship,” and all of the gossip and rumors relative to heinous personal ethics would be left beneath the reach of relevance, but every moment that creates a scandal is the prey of the entire third estate which means that true constitutionality is terribly limited.
And so now, the detestable personalities of illicit immorality and gross-illegal discrimination limited, let the specifics of the last actions of House and Senate be made thin against the obvious contradiction of American Morality – although it seemed obvious that the major Republican objection to H.R. 3590’s passage was “its Damned length.” Consider 1) the $787 billion stimulus 2) the Jobs bill 3) the Health Care Reform bill and 4) the Local Jobs for America proposal. In short, all these items seem designed specifically to “drop the bottom” out of the American Welfare system with no ladders for the countless millions who rely on their benefit – as if to reassign the ¿duty of genocide? to Taxation and War. And although there be, not an honest American left, I feel that it is appropriate to mention faith in terms of its promise…which is its difficult portent. I am faithful that although Barak Obama plausibly represents a modern stereotype – perhaps amending the old “brown paper bag” rule of Jim Crow into a “green on the spot” rule of implicit immorality under guise – there is some sense of responsibility to the creed of equal justice under the law that will not allow an ignoramus with a gang of necrophiliacs in tow to run amok the only portion of AMerican economy that provides for safeguard against Totalitarian Failure. I know that the temperament of Washington Political Media Insiders is all set to condemn any further harassment of our good constituents and contingencies…but I’m starting to get the feeling that the current lackadaisical atmosphere “on the Hill” is strictly pedantic and anti-academic. Has the new health care bill’s well publicized “extension of relative-coverage timetables” – which should not be taken as a simplification to the college graduate– truly become the propaganda thread of universality? Have the French/French Canadians somehow become a perfect model for the “Catch and Release” health care policies that will now allow the government to write checks bigger than just the debts of national expenditure. Besides Universal Healthcare dying with Ted Kennedy – the House Committee on Education, Labor and Pension promises seem only, ‘to limit essential reforms according to America’s ‘good ol’ nepostim’ hierarchy.” What difference does it make if my carrier is Aetna, or MetLife or United Healthcare…if the government is still sponsoring catch and release backroom dealing with just names and numbers to fill the profile. What difference indeed if the HealthCare industry as a whole is the stalwart devotee of gross, illicit and illegal discrimination the likes of which could be described as coercive intimidation; or terrorization. A fear similar to what the average out of work professional or 2.2+ college graduate should feel; BIAS! The American Utilitarian Conscription is not welfare’s clarion call, nor am I its chief executive; but I happen to have experience teaching to inner-city youths and to economically disadvantaged youths and I know what they are and are not capable of discerning. I’m cognizant of what the disparities amongst incomes, race and demographics behold. But what is so heinous is what the Office of the American President hopes to take advantage of. The fact that young people in an inner city classroom are capable of expressing the impetus of hope and trust in front of the nation’s next, and first, “African-American” President, is not a call to harangue from their little fingers the ability to “live and work freely” under guise of some “Local Jobs for America” bourgeoisie-libertarian attack upon AMerican Welfare! And the rural problem is similarly a problem of re-employability, not of employability which I assume LJfA hopes to address as its present cover is scant and devoid and its impetus should require the examination of the Urban League, ACLU, NAACP, the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights and our own Justice Department and its Attorney(s)General. In case you didn’t know; nearly 100% of citizens on welfare are underserved by its poor design, insufficient dispense and inability to inspire purpose and work ethic and truth – “How’s that for percentile’s Mr. President.” And simultaneously, the Senate and House are composed of some 400+ members who also do benefit from tax-incurred State Assistance but face less democratic and thus less sadistic means of dissolution. So obviously, a ¿more recalcitrant? method is due…but to elect the nations “first African-American President” only to usher permanent and deceptive steps of “eminent domain” is indeed a modern genocide. I know that most citizens would prefer to assume that these “shocking details” are just the clarions of “momentous change,” deriding any and all calls to action as these details are “working themselves out” as we sit at our respective desks. Well if so, then let us search out the nearest offices of realty and surety and register our judgments. Because I assure you that none such as blind assurance is now, shall be, or ever has been a party to eminence. Perhaps it is a fear of being associated with the needy or the need to feel “more in the know” or even a recent, and now prior or even surreptitious commitment, to some sort of tea-setting agenda that has you in denial the undeniable need of a plain-faced, non-fascist, grassroots American Pogram. Perhaps it is the staunch, almost desperate need to work quietly – or maybe some other previous fears, like the fear of computers. The labor conscription is the one and only amenable legislation to alleviate the current trends against Universality in the American dichotomy. The truth of it is in the AMerican language and without it, we are truly taking on a modernized “Wrath of Contradiction!” The details of this next saga of American history are correlative and specific to the definitions of Illegal Discrimination in AMerica. The prologue from the forthcoming book Onomatopoeia: An Indictment Against the Rationale of Illegal Discrimination will spell these details out with a historical specificity that will leave America’s policy of antipathetic propaganda and personalized antagonism writhing in dissolution; forcing a redress of our religious ethics directives.

We The People Must Demand More EXACT Change!!!
****Please note that this last posting from AUCLISTSERVE was written "under the gun" and may contain some minor flaws; and furthermore, it does make use of the term "po white" in description of several former American Presidents in the name of a preemption to fact-telling. Anyone taking offense to the use of the term "po white"(used twice herein)...[pass]****
A Brief Account from The American Black Republic
Some twelve to fourteen years ago, an African-American college student in the formulation of the liberum version of HBCU polemics, stated that "...the likelihood of electing America's first Black President may be more quickly achieved by first counter-weighting the Republican electorate expectation in the coming one or two elections as a means of creating a strong swing vote at the time that the "First Candidate" became "eligible" or, better yet, "likely" to claim the majority of popular vote(s). It was certainly a brilliant idea...but certainly not the first time such had been suggested. Born first in the era of Black Reconstructionism, its first effect was the dissolution of the Platonic Republican Party. And then again in severalty it has caused or contributed to the formation of the majority of sociopolitical/socioreligious Black organizations in these United States. As a matter of fact, the Southern Baptist Convention was first the Southern Black Baptist Convention.
There is also listed, among the numerous entitlements and procedural rules of the Constitution(Article II- The President), the case of John Elk v. Charles Wilkins in the year 1884. Whereby the Plaintiff (a Native American from an Omaha tribe of Indians) did affirm his right as a natural born-bona fide constituent of the American Confederation; to full entitlements of American citizenship including, and particularly: 1) the rights of elective franchisement, of which the rules and qualifications of elected office directly apply; and 2) the rights of Fourteenth Amendment execution, which is the particular germ of anti-discrimination. Many years later it would be resolved that such a case is the merestone of Taxation and Representation being writ in equity; although many failures of are still apparent in our current democracy and that is the direct and premiere fault of American governance. I can recall such a failure in the high school I attended which was 40% African-American - 60% European-American; yet only 2 of the 60 member staff were African-Americans(approximately 2.9% and both of them women.) Needless to say, my efforts to entreaty constitutionality and specifically the details of the 17-14th Amendments in just that order resulted in one appointment of one Negroe in my Senior year, and that was only meant to represent "...a need to quell the angry black male" syndrome.
As such, also worthy of note is [824 Fed. Supp 124] the 1993-94 case of United States (Internal Revenue Service) versus (the Indian) Wayne R. Brown (a member of Six Nations Confederation of the Mohawk Nation) by which the US Government does claim (in theory, not entitlement) a case of reverse discrimination(relatively a clandestined attempt to malign existing and potential school aged taxpayors); In the matter of paying taxes! Furthermore, the true language of The Constitution's Apportionment does read:
Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of Free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three-fifths of all other Persons. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such a Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three. (USCA Const. Art. 1 &2, cl. 3)
Although the closing portion of this clause is repealed in the 14th Amendment and the 16th Amendment, it is clear, by default, that the federal interpretation to uphold summons of the respondent is/was a decision based upon "color" and bound to be jumbled into the infinitum of Civil Rights notations.
Additionaly, in the legal terms of "limits of liability" according to representation...any case in which a group of citizens is under-represented by less than three-fifths of governors in any and every constitutional{taxed} environment...High Crimes Against American Constitution and High Crimes Against Humanity must be charged, filed and perpetuated in terms of "prescience at precedence" until the US Constitution becomes exact and REAL. And the last time I checked, 60% of 40% is 24% which means that my high school alma mater owes its African-American students some 18+ additional members of faculty and staff! And if representatives like Congressman Rob Andrews, who is also an almnus of Haddon Heights High School, does not insure that his own school is "constitutional" as well as "financial" then President Obama's Administration should suffer even more locally - given the ignorance of his Health Care Plan in its term of: 1) Coverage, versus 2) Quality of Care. If I were to count how many of the AIDS cases in the US have been manipulated in terms similar to that of America's drug enculturation...we would surely be at the end of REALITY far sooner than 2012.
Since obviously, this pro forma ligature(- the apparent, 110 year transcendence of a place in psycho-social reality where the color line never existed) was not enough to supersede the importance of "True Colors" and subsequently we find ourselves (once again) confronted with the played American consequentialism of Race and Sex; I once again, but now only in the manner that closure demands, pose this anti-nihilism* as finality: Is the biracial child of a Black Man and White Woman "the same" as the biracial child of a White Man and a Black Woman?
Well with regard to America's history of Slavery, "white supremacy" and Racial Opression and those psycho-social affects...the answer is a resounding YES, IT IS! The mere fact that the 1967 Supreme Court case which overturned the laws against "mixed-race marriage" were overturned by a quorum of "all white men" and involved a white man in his marriage to a black-indian woman... perhaps it makes more sense to quote the quasi-popular street-poet Jeru from his entreaty "MindSpray"..."I'm not a sexist, don't have the power to be a racist..." And as sure as I am that my own mother would argue vehemently(to her grave) against at least the first of these claims...given the disillusionment, disenfranshisement and dissolution associated with Victim-Psychosis(Rape&Slavery)...it is undeniably a matter of institutionalized fact. I don't think any social psychologist or psycho-therapist on this planet is capable of determining the true character of the African-American male had American Slavery not occured. As a matter of fact, I doubt that any white ones** would even care!
Since the obvious Repulicanism being preyed upon at this current juncture of US Government gridlock is obviously the result of white supremacy's inability to rationalize an anarchy free "anti-anarchy*" I feel it necessary to "Tell The Truth" like a tattler!!!
There is nothing special about Ronald Reagan except that he was the first American to be billed as "po white" and win The Office of President. There is nothing special about William Jefferson Clinton except that he was the first American to billed as a single-parent kid and win The Office of President...not to mention that he was also "po white"(and perhaps still is intellectualy).
There is also nothing special about being Psychic;
...except that if actress Jennifer Anniston happens to be adopted, then I happen to know who her mother is.

In my various and detailed studies of English and Polemics, there are three things of which I am sure: 1) Agnosticism was created (by a Black Man) to represent the perfect counterbalance to Anglican(ism), 2) Baptsim was born after Agnosticism, 3) There are currently no publicly affirmed Black Agnostics. And the sum of these Religious facts signify...
In his various books on Religion(his conscience treaty) and Royal Patent(his subconscious treatment), British atheist Richard Dawkins - who just happens to look like Dan Brown's twin brother(+ ten years) - summarizes agnosticism as the agnommination of Thomas Huxley. But as the chief proponent of Charles Darwin in an era where the number of well read, literate African-Americans and "laissez-faire" illiterate European-Americans was in the tens of Thousands ...Equally; his role was specifically to malign Black and/or African-American contributions to English Literature...as the only true contribution any proponent of Darwinsim** could add is exclusively - the relationship of Apes to Sloths!
Furthermore, the Black Editions of The Harvard Classics Series do complete the necessary and antagonistic readings/debates of this specific fact in its true and glorious moment in time. The comments and argumentation of Black Theologian-Philosophers Edward Augustus Freeman and Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson(author of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde) are in fact the preeminent elements of proof of a "Stolen Legacy"! "Blacks must ascend to Agnosticism!!!", is not the content phrase of Freeman's Race and Language or of Stevenson's Truth of Intercourse, but it was and still is the motto of America's Black Anti-Discrimination reality. Likely sent to the British Royal Society for patent purpose before the turn of the century, the first represents a response to Huxley's intellectually malicious "claim of term" and the second, an obvious indictment against Huxley's Science and Culture, and thus against the half-hearted laziness of Darwinism as "anything scientific!" As a matter of fact my "just now" search of a picture of the foe/faux perpetrators unearthed exactly what I expected..."relative sloth" attempting its weak "psyche" in the manner of William James and in the name of Scottish ascendance to "a Tudor throne - in the name of 'Charles the Scot'." But that is specifically(and only) the end of Henry VIII as he had no male heir, but Edward the Prince of Wales (who was executed or perhaps murdered at the hand of his cousin Henry) who did secretly have a son whom was in danger of murder at the hands of Henry, and was escaped as a baby to a land to "The Far East" by which his uncle could not find him; "A-myrrh-o'kill": as such Father and Son are collectively known as Edward VI.
Of course the shock of such a claim is that the American Black Population still in 19th C. required, by their own exercise, the Mass Confirmation of Christianity; which was duly offered en mass in the name of 'John the Baptist' an African-American(who was brown-skinned). This revelation, of persona and of illegal discrimination [John the Baptist v. Charles the Scot] is the subconscious treatment of my own forthcoming book, Onomatopoeia:An Indictment Against the Rationale of Illegal Discrmination.
We The People...now more wearily expecting of Change that represents the historical reality and current expectations of our constituent and collective economic contributions to the United States of America and its Democracy must demand actions that reflect our current needs. The American Utilitarian Conscription must be an essential tool of Socio-Economic empowerment. No disillusionmnet of past or ancient, or even royal fears should be allowed to hinder the repair of the disenfranchisement that must be indicted against Jim Crow in the manner of Government Reform and "Welfare Reparations."

Needless to say, my efforts to entreaty constitutionality and specifically the details of the 17-14th Amendments in just that order resulted in one appointment of one Negroe in my Senior year, and that was only meant to represent "...a need to quell the angry black male" syndrome.
As such, also worthy of note is [824 Fed. Supp 124] the 1993-94 case of United States (Internal Revenue Service) versus (the Indian) Wayne R. Brown (a member of Six Nations Confederation of the Mohawk Nation) by which the US Government does claim (in theory, not entitlement) a case of reverse discrimination(relatively a clandestined attempt to malign existing and potential school aged taxpayors); In the matter of paying taxes! Furthermore, the true language of The Constitution's Apportionment does read:
Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of Free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three-fifths of all other Persons. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such a Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three. (USCA Const. Art. 1 &2, cl. 3)
Although the closing portion of this clause is repealed in the 14th Amendment and the 16th Amendment, it is clear, by default, that the federal interpretation to uphold summons of the respondent is/was a decision based upon "color" and bound to be jumbled into the infinitum of Civil Rights notations.
Additionaly, in the legal terms of "limits of liability" according to representation...any case in which a group of citizens is under-represented by less than three-fifths of governors in any and every constitutional{taxed} environment...High Crimes Against American Constitution and High Crimes Against Humanity must be charged, filed and perpetuated in terms of "prescience at precedence" until the US Constitution becomes exact and REAL. And the last time I checked, 60% of 40% is 24% which means that my high school alma mater owes its African-American students some 18+ additional members of faculty and staff! And if representatives like Congressman Rob Andrews, who is also an almnus of Haddon Heights High School, does not insure that his own school is "constitutional" as well as "financial" then President Obama's Administration should suffer even more locally - given the ignorance of his Health Care Plan in its term of: 1) Coverage, versus 2) Quality of Care. If I were to count how many of the AIDS cases in the US have been manipulated in terms similar to that of America's drug enculturation...we would surely be at the end of REALITY far sooner than 2012.
Since obviously, this pro forma ligature(- the apparent, 110 year transcendence of a place in psycho-social reality where the color line never existed) was not enough to supersede the importance of "True Colors" and subsequently we find ourselves (once again) confronted with the played American consequentialism of Race and Sex; I once again, but now only in the manner that closure demands, pose this anti-nihilism* as finality: Is the biracial child of a Black Man and White Woman "the same" as the biracial child of a White Man and a Black Woman?
Well with regard to America's history of Slavery, "white supremacy" and Racial Opression and those psycho-social affects...the answer is a resounding YES, IT IS! The mere fact that the 1967 Supreme Court case which overturned the laws against "mixed-race marriage" were overturned by a quorum of "all white men" and involved a white man in his marriage to a black-indian woman... perhaps it makes more sense to quote the quasi-popular street-poet Jeru from his entreaty "MindSpray"..."I'm not a sexist, don't have the power to be a racist..." And as sure as I am that my own mother would argue vehemently(to her grave) against at least the first of these claims...given the disillusionment, disenfranshisement and dissolution associated with Victim-Psychosis(Rape&Slavery)...it is undeniably a matter of institutionalized fact. I don't think any social psychologist or psycho-therapist on this planet is capable of determining the true character of the African-American male had American Slavery not occured. As a matter of fact, I doubt that any white ones** would even care!
Since the obvious Repulicanism being preyed upon at this current juncture of US Government gridlock is obviously the result of white supremacy's inability to rationalize an anarchy free "anti-anarchy*" I feel it necessary to "Tell The Truth" like a tattler!!!
There is nothing special about Ronald Reagan except that he was the first American to be billed as "po white" and win The Office of President. There is nothing special about William Jefferson Clinton except that he was the first American to billed as a single-parent kid and win The Office of President...not to mention that he was also "po white"(and perhaps still is intellectualy).
There is also nothing special about being Psychic;
...except that if actress Jennifer Anniston happens to be adopted, then I happen to know who her mother is.

In my various and detailed studies of English and Polemics, there are three things of which I am sure: 1) Agnosticism was created (by a Black Man) to represent the perfect counterbalance to Anglican(ism), 2) Baptsim was born after Agnosticism, 3) There are currently no publicly affirmed Black Agnostics. And the sum of these Religious facts signify...
In his various books on Religion(his conscience treaty) and Royal Patent(his subconscious treatment), British atheist Richard Dawkins - who just happens to look like Dan Brown's twin brother(+ ten years) - summarizes agnosticism as the agnommination of Thomas Huxley. But as the chief proponent of Charles Darwin in an era where the number of well read, literate African-Americans and "laissez-faire" illiterate European-Americans was in the tens of Thousands ...Equally; his role was specifically to malign Black and/or African-American contributions to English Literature...as the only true contribution any proponent of Darwinsim** could add is exclusively - the relationship of Apes to Sloths!
Furthermore, the Black Editions of The Harvard Classics Series do complete the necessary and antagonistic readings/debates of this specific fact in its true and glorious moment in time. The comments and argumentation of Black Theologian-Philosophers Edward Augustus Freeman and Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson(author of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde) are in fact the preeminent elements of proof of a "Stolen Legacy"! "Blacks must ascend to Agnosticism!!!", is not the content phrase of Freeman's Race and Language or of Stevenson's Truth of Intercourse, but it was and still is the motto of America's Black Anti-Discrimination reality. As a matter of fact my "just now" search of a picture of the foe/faux perpetrators unearthed exactly what I expected..."relative sloth" attempting its weak "psyche" in the manner of William James and in the name of Scottish ascendance to "a Tudor throne - in the name of 'Charles the Scot'." But that is specifically(and only) the end of Henry VIII as he had no male heir, but Edward the Prince of Wales (who was executed or perhaps murdered at the hand of his cousin Henry) who did secretly have a son whom was in danger of murder at the hands of Henry, and was escaped as a baby to a land to "The Far East" by which his uncle could not find him; "A-myrrh-o'kill": as such Father and Son are collectively known as Edward VI.
Of course the shock of such a claim is that the American Black Population still in 19th C. required, by their own exercise, the Mass Confirmation of Christianity; which was duly offered en mass in the name of 'John the Baptist' an African-American(who was brown-skinned). We The People...now more wearily expecting of Change that represents the historical reality and current expectations of our constituent and collective economic contributions to the United States of America and its Democracy must demand actions that reflect our current needs. The American Utilitarian Conscription must be an essential tool of Socio-Economic empowerment. No disillusionmnet of past or ancient, or even royal fears should be allowed to hinder the repair of the disenfranchisement that must be indicted against Jim Crow in the manner of Government Reform and "Welfare Reparations."

***Some useful facts relative to Blackness-Unique to the American Experience***
